ABZ has its own test stands for test runs under load and full functional testing of the generator sets – to be seen here: 3 x 3125 kVA with MTU engine 20V4000 G63L. The results are documented in a test report.
Generating sets in certified quality
The hallmark of our company: First class products. For this reason, apart from planning, design, construction and manufacture, we also have strict in-house quality control. From the individual diesel generator to the gigawatt system, we carefully test each machine before delivery on the in-house test stands. Comprehensive load tests and the near-actual simulation of later operating conditions ensure perfect results. All ABZ generator sets satisfy international standards such as ISO, DIN, VDE, BS, etc.
We have been certified under DIN EN ISO 9001 in 1996 and as a specialist firm as per §19 of the Water Management law (WHG), we are also entitled to install tank farms.
